Notes

  1.  * Fees are paid before the therapy session: you can pay by bank transfer, cash or direct debit.
  2. *The standard Students' Rate applies to people 18 years and above in full-time education.
  3. *The second Student Rate applies to young people - under 18 years in/out of education.
  4. *The student Rate for supervision applies only to undergraduate trainees.
  5. Weekly attendance is important for therapy to progress hence commitment to the process is expected. We are dedicated to improving your emotional well-being and put measures in place to facilitate the best possible outcome from your treatment. This includes consistency and containment of weekly regular appointment times As your therapist reserves a special time for you alone every week until you end therapy, they may not be able to allocate your time to someone else. Consequently, missed and cancelled sessions of less than a week are still paid for in full. 
  6. Reflective practice (group session) for minimum of ten people (£65/person). If the people are from the same organization, extra person after 10 will pay £45/person
  7. The extra fees for health insurance/Third Party is due to extra admin protocols


Duration of Therapy

Assessments ............................................ 60 to 90minutes

Individual therapy sessions ......................................... 50 minutes/week (extra session within the week can be arranged).  

                         For therapy through Insurance, the extra sessions will be  subject to approval from your insurers 

Couple/family therapy sessions ................................. 60 minutes/week

Reflective Practice (group therapy) .........................120 mins


The sessions are reviewed every six weeks to enable us to evaluate

  • your therapeutic progress, 
  • the possible areas for more work
  • possible ending the sessions if that is appropriate.

Duration of session 

Individual supervision session .........................................  1.5 hrs/month


Group supervision session ................................................  2.5 hrs/month
