• We aim to work with you at the rate and depth that you wish
  
• We endeavour to arrange your initial assessment session within 5 working day with the therapist for your problems.
  
• You can also request for a specific therapist, if you desire.
  
• We offer a safe and confidential space to help you explore and deal with your life challenges.
  
• We help you make sense of your world, explore your feelings and thoughts with the aim of resolving any emotional distresses.
  
• We help you gain better understanding of self and others, consequently, improving ability to relate with self and with others.

MODE OF THERAPY/COUNSELLING

       1)  Face -to-face  (F-2-F) Services  

• FCC Clinics has resumed its full F-2-F option to the mode of therapy/counselling. This mode of therapy provides you a safe and confidential space to explore and deal with your presenting problems. Pease contact the office for details.

     2) Online Services

• Online therapy (video/audio) is an alternative mode of delivering therapy. 
• The online psychological services provides you easy access to therapy from the comfort of your own home.
• Our clients who have had F2F therapy found our online services as effective as the F-2-F mode.
• The online therapy services will be provided through:
•  Video calls (e.g. Zoom, Skype, or Doxy.me)

• If you wish to engage with video calls, we will send you an encrypted link. This means that our confidentiality clauses are still maintained and your information/data is still safe with us.

Do you know that you may be eligible for therapy through your health insurance?

This means that your therapy could be free as it is totally covered,  or you may just pay minimally because most of the fee is covered by your insurance policy.

We are aware that for many different reasons, some people prefer to deal with their therapeutic needs on a one-to-one basis rather than in a group setting.  We provide such opportunity to many of our clients who are having mental health, social, sexual and reproductive issues.

Mental health challenges are not exclusive problem of certain individuals. In course of everyone's life journey, there are situations and circumstances that can seriously threaten or affect people's mental health. It is important that the stigmas around mental health problems are gradually but steadily broken to enable sufferers seek the necessary support and help.
